Small parts organizer, ideal for storing very small components like:
-electronics: resistors, capacitors, LED's, IC's, transistors, MOSFETS, diodes, etc...
-small nuts and bolts, screws, bearings, etc...
-Arduino related parts like sensors
Commercial available ones of the same size go for as high as 270 (!) dollars. Why pay this much when you can 3D-print yourself one at home for the fraction of the cost.
The cabinet fits within a 200x200mm print area making it suitable for printing on most standard 3D-printers. The wall thickness has been optimized for printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
The cabinet has 6X6 drawers = 36
Outer dimensions of the cabinet:
-Length: 195.5 mm
-Width: 61 mm
-height: 129.5 mm
Inner dimensions of the drawers:
-Length: 59 mm
-Width: 29 mm
-height: 19.5 mm
Estimated print times at 45mm/s:
-Cabinet = 16 hours
-1 drawer = 25 minutes
Estimated Filament cost @ 25 dollars per 1kg PLA rol:
-Cabinet = 4.25 $
-1 drawer = 0.15 $
