Fully 3D-printable motor mount and dust shoe for an ABB IRB6400 industrial robot.
The motor mount and dust shoe where designed for this motor: https://www.amazon.com.be/-/nl/cnc+motor+500+watt
As the motor mount is 3D-printed it's recommended to only mill soft materials like foam, EPS etc.
The vacuum connects to a 100mm hole on the dust shoe. The compressed air connects to a 1/4 inch hole. the air first circles around the motor itself for cooling purposes after which it exits through 2 nozzles aimed at the endmill to clear out debris.
The STL-files include a 3D-printable brush that can be used for the dust shoe (4-5 layers stacked on top of each other). Please note that this is not easy to print as your bed needs to be perfectly level and you might need to adjust your flow parameters.
All parts can be printed using regular PLA, but it's recommended to print the brushes in a more durable filament like for example Nylon.
