A fully 3D-printable mold that can be used to make small batches of 20mm forged carbon fiber corners. Its recomended to use the V3 model which is better optimized for easier removal of the inner cores. The parting line of the protruding part is also better located in the V3 model. So far I have been able to create 3 carbon fiber corners with the same mold, only having to reprint the central inner core because I forgot to add wax to M4 thraed that runs through it and I had to drill it out.

The inner diameter of the corner is 20mm, the outer diameter is 24mm. The protruding part of the corner has a hole with diamter 10mm and 15mm deep and can be used for a 10mm cross bracing tube.

The guide pins that are inserted in the base of the mold have a diameter of 5mm and a length of 45mm made out of aluminium or stainless steel. The mold can be used without these pins but they make the alignment of the mold parts a lot easier.

The inner cores are completely round until the last 20mm where they taper slightly inwards for easier removal. The inner cores make use of a wedge design which also allows for a completely round inner core and also make it easy removable. When the wedges are removed the inner core can be pushed away from the inside of the corner.
